Description

The gate, gate piers, and railings of Anna Sewell House date from the late 19th century and are set on a low wall made of gault brick. The wrought iron railings feature a dog-rail and finials shaped like spear tops. The gate has a scrolled overthrow and hollow strapwork gate posts. This structure is included for its group value.
