Description

Khyber House is an 18th-century house located on the north side of Dereham Road in Watton. It is constructed of gault brick, rendered on the west side, and features a pantiled roof. The building has two storeys and a symmetrical facade with three bays. The central entrance door is topped with a flat hood supported by slender iron posts. On either side of the door, there is one sash window with glazing bars, and the first floor has three similar sash windows. The house has a gabled roof and external end stacks. Khyber House is an important visual element in the street.
