Description

Eastell Cottage is a house built around 1840. It is constructed of brick and features a gabled roof made of black glazed pantiles. The building has two storeys. The central doorway is blocked and has a round head, with late 20th-century bow windows on either side that obscure the original gauged skewback arches. On the first floor, there are two sash windows with glazing bars, also under gauged skewback arches. The eaves cornice is decorated with dentils. This building is included in the register for its group value context.
