Description

Beech House is a Grade II listed building dating from the 18th century. It is constructed of red brick with a pantiled roof and consists of three storeys plus attics, built over a basement. The roof is hipped, and the façade features seven sash windows with glazing bars and flat arches. The entrance is highlighted by a mutular Doric pedimented doorcase, which frames an eight-panel field door. This building is a fine example of a plain Georgian town house and includes an intact set of area railings that date from the mid-18th century.
