Description

Nos 15 and 17, Baxter Row, are a 17th-century building. They form a group with Nos 19 (odd). The building has two gabled dormer casements and a central chimney built of brown brick, topped with a pantile roof. The left side of the building contains a shop with a wooden display case featuring pilasters. The right side has a four-panel door to the right and a sash window to the left, alongside a casement window. The exterior is stuccoed and painted, featuring a black plinth. Inside, there are hewn chamfered spine beams with run-out stops and hewn purlins.
