Description

Nos 58 and 60 on High Street are two adjoining buildings that were originally one premises. They date from the 18th century and are constructed of brick with a pantiled roof. The buildings are two storeys high with attics, featuring two sash windows on the first floor and two blank recesses. There is a central pedimented doorcase that holds a six-panel door with fielded upper panels. The roof has two segmental-headed dormers and a central chimney. A 19th-century shop front has been inserted on the left side. Nos 52 to 60 (even) and No 70 form a group.
