Description

No. 20 High Street is an 18th-century building that stands three storeys tall. It is constructed of red brick with a flush frame and features sash windows on the first floor, which now have a central glazing bar and flat arches with keystones above them. The building has a bold wooden eaves cornice and a low rendered parapet at the top. To the left, there is a two-storey wing from the early 19th century, which has one sash window on the first floor with a segmental arch and a central glazing bar. The ground floor includes a wide wooden shop front with central double doors and flanking pilasters.
