Description

Number 19 Baxter Row is a building that likely dates from the early 19th century. It has two storeys and features three near-flush sash windows with glazing bars on the first floor. The roof has a shallow pitch and is covered with pantiles. There is an arched passage on the left side of the building. The entrance is framed by pedimented wooden doorcases and includes a six-panel door. Coupled brackets are present at the eaves, and the front of the building is rendered. Numbers 15 to 19 (odd) on Baxter Row form a group.
