Description

No. 44 Earls' Street is a house from the early 19th century. It is constructed of white brick and features a pantiled roof with a stack at the left end. The building has two storeys and a three-window range, with the central window being blank. The windows are glazing bar sashes set beneath segmental arches. There is a central door and a carriage archway to the right, both also under segmental arches. The interior has not been inspected.
