The building is constructed of whole pebbles and flint, with gault brick dressings and a black-glazed pantile roof. It stands two storeys tall and features three bays. The central entrance consists of a four-panelled door with an overlight above it. There is a wrought-iron trellis porch that has a basket-arched hood. On either side of the door, there is an unhorned sash window with 2/2 glazing bars and segmental heads. The first floor has three similar windows.
