Description

Warren Farm consists of a farmhouse and adjoining barns, dating from the 17th century. The farmhouse is constructed of red brick, with 19th-century brickwork on the front, and features a plain tile roof. It has one storey and attics, with a total of seven windows. On the ground floor, there are two glazing bar sash windows on the left side, while the remaining windows are glazing-bar casements, with the right-side windows having 19th-century segmental heads. The farmhouse also has five gabled attic dormers, two of which are 20th-century, and the others are from the 18th century. A floor band runs along the building.

Adjoining the left end of the farmhouse is a two-storey 18th-century red brick barn with a hipped roof. At the right end, there is a 17th-century barn that is positioned at right angles, featuring a gabled cart entrance flanked by lean-to additions, with the left lean-to built of red brick and weatherboarding. This barn has two leaded windows on the gable end and a rear catslide roof, supported by queen post roof construction. Additionally, there is an 18th-century three-bay barn that adjoins the right gable end of the farmhouse, which is weatherboarded and has a hipped roof, remaining open on the east side.
