Description
Brocket Lea is a house dating from the earlier 18th century. It features a double pile design and is constructed of chequered red brick. The roof is a plain tile, with two spans and parapets at the front and back. There are end chimney stacks, which are external on the left side. The house has two storeys and attics, with bands at the first floor and parapet levels. There are three recessed 8/8-pane sash windows that have louvred shutters and gauged brick heads. A central box sash dormer is also present. The cellar includes a moulded plinth and segmental-headed windows. The entrance has a modern door.
