Description

Bailiff's Cottage is a mid to late 19th century estate building associated with Digswell House, constructed in 1906 by C Godfrey. The cottage is one storey with attics, built of brick and topped with a fish-scale tile roof. It features windows with rectangular dripmoulds; one window on the left extends above the eaves, while the window on the right is set in a gabled section that projects forward. The entrance door is located in the angle beneath a rectangular dripmould.
