House and surgery. Early-mid Cl9. Painted channelled stucco. Slate roof. 2 storeys and attics. 3-window W side has recessed 6/6-pane sashes and central 3-panel door, top panel glazed, centre square panel with circular beading to knocker. Wooden Greek Doric porch with cornice hood and 2 slender columns with reeded capitals. Paired brackets to eaves. Tudor hood moulds on S elevation. Modern NE extension.
