Description

No 14 is an 18th-century cottage with a modern extension, located on the north side of Ayot Green. The building is constructed of red brick featuring vitrified headers and has a plain tile roof. It stands two storeys high and originally consists of a two-window range. The cottage has three-light leaded casements and a central six-panel door, which is topped by a flat hood supported on iron brackets. There is an end brick stack. To the left, there is a one-bay modern extension that includes a similar window above a garage.
