Description
Rose Cottage is a house dating from the mid to late 18th century. It is constructed of red brick and features a tiled roof. The building has two storeys and two windows. The entrance is located to the left of the center, with flanking three-light timber casements on both the ground and first floors, all of which have cambered heads. The eaves are dentilled, and there are gable end stacks with rendered end walls. At the rear, there are weatherboarded lean-tos against a cement rendered wall. Attached to the left and projecting forward is a single-storey outbuilding made of stock brick with a slate roof, which includes an entrance and a twelve-pane fixed window. Inside, there is a stop-chamfered binding beam.
