Description
This is a barn range located about 15 meters northeast of Apple Tree Farmhouse, dating from the late 17th century or 18th century. It has a timber frame set on a brick base and is weatherboarded with a tiled roof. The structure features five or more bays, with two additional bays at the end furthest from the house that have a slightly higher roof. There is a gabled midstrey away from the yard, with a catslide roof over the lean-to outshuts on either side. The main roof extends as a catslide over the lean-to on the right side of the midstrey. The barn has double doors on the long sides and garage doors on the gable end facing the house. There are also inserted 19th-century casements with leaded lights. The interior has not been inspected.
