Description

No 2 Market Place is a 17th century building with a later 18th century front, featuring a plastered exterior. It has a high-pitched, tiled roof and stands three storeys tall with two windows. The windows on the first and second floors are sash windows with glazing bars set in slightly projecting, moulded frames. The ground floor has a later 19th century shop front. The north side of the building is weatherboarded. This property is part of a group that includes Nos 1, 3, 2, and 4, along with No 18 High Street.
