Description

No 5, located on the west side of Market Place, is a 17th-century timber-framed house with a plastered front. The building has two storeys and an attic, featuring two windows. It has a gable end with a high-pitched tiled roof, which includes an attic window facing the street. The windows are sashes set in nearly flush box frames; the attic window is from the 18th century and has glazing bars, while the first-floor windows have been replaced. On the ground floor, there is a slightly projecting shop front that dates from the early 19th century.
