Description

The granary at Searches Farm is a building from the late 18th century or early 19th century, featuring a barn extension to the west that includes a red brick wall dating from the 18th to 20th centuries. The granary itself is constructed of red brick and topped with a plain tile pyramid roof. It has dentilled brick eaves and stands two storeys tall. On the north side, there are plank doors at both the ground and first floors. The south side features a segmental-headed casement window on the ground floor, with an original two-light leaded casement window above it. This building is included for its group value.
