Description

Bell Cottage is a house dating from the late 17th century or early 18th century, with an 18th-century extension that is set back from the road. The building features a timber frame and is finished in roughcast. The main block has a plain tile roof and a simple moulded wood cornice. It is two storeys high and has three 19th-century two-light casement windows on the first floor. The ground floor includes segmental-headed casement windows and a door, along with a 20th-century porch. The extension has a lower slate roof. Inside, there are large inglenook fireplaces on both floors.
