Description
Lea House is a house dating to around 1840. It is constructed of red brick with gauged brick lintels and has a slate hipped roof. The building is two storeys high, with a cellar below. There are three flush sash windows, the central one being narrower. A wooden Tuscan porch with two slender columns and pilaster responds is situated at the centre, topped with a flat entablature hood. The front door has four moulded panels and panelled reveals. Square bay windows with replacement box casements flank the porch. The eaves are panelled and feature moulded scroll brackets.
