Description
These are a group of farm buildings located adjoining and to the northeast of the walled garden at Childwick Bury, dating from the mid-19th century. The buildings are constructed from red brick and flint, with some knapped flint, and feature a slate hipped roof. They are single-storey structures arranged in a courtyard layout. The double front range flanks the gates, with the left block containing three small casement windows positioned high up, while the right block has a large double door situated between arched doors. The small interior courtyard includes stabling on the left and right sides, as well as cow houses and an open pen in a twin-roofed range at the back of the courtyard. The gateway has rounded angles.
