Description
25, 25B and 26 Sun Street is an early 19th century building with a stucco front that was added to an earlier structure. It features a steeply pitched tiled roof and stands two storeys high. The building has modern shop fronts and four first floor windows set in reveals, with architrave surrounds beneath friezes and cornices. A long northern window that reaches the floor level once had a balcony with a cast iron railing featuring an anthemion motif. The roof has a parapet, and there is an egg and dart cornice along with a frieze decorated with four raised plaster wreaths. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 1 and 13 to 34 Sun Street.
