Description

No 1 Walsworth Road is a small early 19th century cottage that has a larger modern addition designed to match its style. The original structure is a single storey with attics and features a continuous ground floor verandah supported by rough timber posts and has overhanging eaves. The exterior is finished in colour washed plaster, and it has a wood shingle roof with dormers. The windows are lattice casement types. The modern addition is finished in colour washed pebble dash and has a tiled roof, standing at two storeys with casement windows that include glazing bars.
