Description

Copperhill is a house dating from the 17th century, with extensions and alterations made in the early 20th century. The northern half of the front features exposed timber framing, while the northern half of the rear is roughcast. The northern gable and the southern half of the house are constructed from red brick in Flemish bond. It has a steep old red tile roof. The house is two stories tall and three windows wide, with a small gabled brick and tile porch located in the middle. There is a lion rampant plaque from the Sowerby Estate on the front. The windows are four-light casements, and there are two internal chimneys.
