Description

Arana is a house built in 1908 by C M Crickmer, featuring one and a half storeys and an irregular front highlighted by large paired gables. The roof is tiled with eaves that extend to the first floor level, and there are brick stacks. The first floor is roughcast while the ground floor is made of brick. It has flat-topped dormer casements and two and four light mullioned casements with leaded lights in the gables, which are adorned with tile labels and shutters. The ground floor includes a splayed bay with transom and mullion casements, linked to a recessed porch. Inside, there is an interconnecting drawing room and dining room.
