Description

No. 87 Tilehouse Street is a building from the 17th century or earlier, with alterations made in the 19th century. It features a stucco front and an old tiled roof. The building has two storeys and attics, with a box dormer and deep eaves supported by end console brackets. On the ground floor, there is a canted bay flash window, while the first floor has two sash windows set within architrave surrounds. The entrance is highlighted by a Doric door surround with pilasters. This property, along with Nos. 85 and 89, forms a group.
