Description

No. 14 Lucas Lane is a house dating from the 18th century. It has a timber frame with plastered walls and a machine tile roof. The building is L-shaped and stands two storeys tall. The front features two mid-19th century flush sash windows with margin lights, and there is a central four-panel door topped with a simple cut bracket hood. At the rear, there is a one-window projection that also has similar sash windows. The gable ends of the house have internal red brick stacks. It is worth noting that Lucas Lane is marked as Station Road on the 1975 edition of the Ordnance Survey.
