Description

Mulberry Tree Cottage is a semi-detached pair of cottages dating from the late 17th or early 18th century. The cottages have a timber frame with plastered walls and a painted brick base. They are covered by a thatched roof, featuring a rebuilt ridge stack in the centre. The cottages are two storeys high with plank doors at each end and two 8/8-pane sash windows between. Above the sash windows are two Yorkshire casements. A 19th-century single-storey outshut, constructed in painted brick with a slate roof, is located at the rear.
