Description

The northern range of farm buildings at Wrotham Park Home Farm, including a former farm office, was built in 1854 for Lord Enfield. The buildings are constructed of red brick in Flemish bond and feature Welsh slate roofs. They are single-storey structures with a three-bay former farm office at the west end, leading to a cowhouse and dairy that extend eastwards with seven and four bays, respectively. Architectural details include a chamfered plinth and eaves, brick kneelers at the raised verges with brick coping, and openings with chamfered jambs and gauged brick arches. An added ridge louvre is also present. Inside, the cowhouse and former dairy have steel trusses and boarded roofs. The buildings are included for their group value.
