Description
Number 4 Chapmore End is a house dating from the mid to late 18th century, constructed of red brick with a tiled roof. The building has two bays and stands two storeys high. The original central entrance has been blocked, and there are two light small pane metal frame casements on either side, which are slightly recessed and feature cambered heads. On the first floor, there is a two light casement at the eaves on the left. The right end has an internal stack with a ground floor 19th-century lean-to outshut, while the left end has a 19th-century external stack with offsets and an attic casement. At the rear, there are two light small pane casements and gabled dormers, with the current entrance located in a small lean-to outshut. The interior has not been inspected. This building is included for its group value.
