Description
The Old Vicarage is a house dating from the late 17th century and 18th century. It features a front made of red brick and grey brick, with red brick dressings. The steep roof is covered with old red tiles and has three gabled casement dormers. This T-plan house faces east and has two storeys, attics, and a cellar. The symmetrical front has three windows and includes a red brick floorband, plinth, and slightly cambered gauged arches. The windows are flush box sash style with 6/6 panes, and there is a similar window to the cellar on the left side. The central entrance is a panelled door accessed by four steps, topped with a fanlight featuring Gothic tracery, and framed by a moulded doorcase with a dentilled open pediment on moulded brackets. There is also a two-storey rear wing.
