Description

Nos 12 and 14 Windhill is a building that dates from the mid to late 18th century but has a front that features a 17th-century timber frame. The exterior is finished with pargetting and weatherboarding, topped with a slate roof. The building stands two storeys tall and has a street-facing elevation that includes two canted sash window bays, each two storeys high, with a cornice above the ground floor and a continuous top entablature. There is a coach entrance on the east side, which has a segmental arch supported by consoles. At the rear, there is a three-storey extension that is set at right angles and features 18th-century sash windows.
