Description

This is an 18th-century barn located about 10 meters south of the George and Dragon public house at number 82 on High Street in Watton-at-Stone. The barn features a timber frame resting on a brick base and is weatherboarded. It has a steeply pitched tiled roof and consists of three bays, with central double doors. Inside, there are angled queen struts and collars clasping the purlins, along with tension braces in the walling. The barn is included for its group value with the nearby public house.
