Description

This is an 18th-century barn located at Broadstone Farm, facing the lane. It features a timber frame set on a brick plinth, with weatherboard cladding and a plain tiled roof. The barn consists of three framed bays and has central opposing waggon entrances. Inside, it has a queen-strut, clasped purlin roof, with diagonal windbracing in the roof and diagonal bracing on the walls. There are single-storey extensions to the left, but these are not included in the listing. The barn is noted for its group value context.
