Description

Birtley Farm Barn is an 18th-century barn located on a brown brick plinth. It features a timber frame with weatherboard cladding and a large, half-hipped roof covered in plain tiles. The barn consists of five framed bays and has waggon entrances that are positioned opposite each other to the left of the center. There is a loft door to the right of the center and another loft door at the left end. This barn is part of a notable group of farm buildings.
