House, now offices. Early C18, with C20 alterations. Timber-framed and plastered, rear outshut yellow stock brick, Flemish bond, with red dressings; machine tiled roof above bold coved cornice, red and yellow brick chimneys, that on rear outshut with bold oversailing courses. Central entry plan. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys and attics; first floor has 3 flush-set 12-pane sash windows with architrave surrounds, ground floor has single storey Welsh-slated hipped lean-to at left, 2 slightly recessed sashes with weatherboard heads, and central modern 6-panel door in slim surround with pediment hood on thin cut profiled brackets. Roof with 2 front box casement dormers with segmental tops, INTERIOR: not inspected.
