Description

Sunnyside is a house, now divided into two houses, dating from the 17th century or earlier. It has a timber frame that is weatherboarded and features a steep thatched roof, which is hipped at the eastern end. The building is two storeys tall and follows a three-cell central-chimney plan, facing south. There is a large red brick central chimney with conjoined square shafts located a third of the way from the eastern end. The entrance door is positioned a third from the western end. The front has three windows, which are flush two-light wooden casement windows with small panes. The western part of the building is designated as No. 2.
