Description

The stable at The Place, located 2 meters to the east of the house, dates from the 18th century. It features a timber frame and is covered in dark weatherboarding with a steep roof that has been replaced with corrugated iron. This tall, two-bay building aligns with the house and faces south. It has a door located in the western bay, and it is constructed with unjowled posts and a clasped-purlin roof.
