Description

The farmhouse at Osbornes Farm, built around 1840, is a symmetrical, two-storey house with a low-pitched hipped slate roof. It is constructed of stucco on brick and features end chimneys. The front of the house faces west and has two windows on each floor, with a blank recess above the central door. The eaves are adorned with a toothed course. The sash windows have exposed boxes that are slightly recessed and consist of 8/8 panes, with segmental heads on the ground floor. The entrance includes a four-panel, half-glazed door topped by a flat hood supported by cut brackets, which crosses a round-arched recess above the door transom. This building was formerly known as Little Osbournes.
