Description

This is an early 18th-century red brick building with later 18th-century detailing. It has a slate roof, two storeys, and three modern box dormers. A parapet runs along the top of the building, and there are horizontal bands marking the floors and cornice. The front door is panelled, with an oval-patterned leaded fanlight set within reeded panels, side pilasters, paterae, and a dentil-detailed open pediment. Five segmental-headed flush sash windows are present. The north gable is brick-coped and features floor bands. A modern extension is located on the north rear side, and a two-gabled rear elevation includes an early 19th-century cast iron sun porch with a palmette valence and oval-patterned railings and pilasters.
