Description
No 2 Cozens Lane East is a 17th century timber-framed building that was altered in the 19th century. It features a roughcast exterior and an old red tile roof, forming an L-shape. The building has two storeys and presents two gable ends to the road, with external chimney stacks, including a large roughcast stack on the eastern elevation. The northern elevation has four first-floor flush sash windows set in moulded frames, while the ground floor has modern doors, windows, and a lean-to extension. The western elevation includes one ground floor flush sash window with pointed-arch glazing bars.
