Barn, one of a symmetrically placed pair both similar and now converted to commercial use. Early C19. Gault and red brick, slate and peg tile roof. T plan with central waggon porch projecting to E. E front elevation: gault brick walling has chequer pattern of aerating pierced bricks, central porch in red brick, roofs slated, barn half hipped, porch fully hipped. Porch doorway now infilled with C20 weatherboarding. Ground floor door and window, window above. Rear, W elevation: flat and similar to front with central waggon way, C20 metal door and 3 upper glazed lights, glazing bars, 9x2 panes in all. Facade, 8 red brick pilasters rise to similar eaves with enbablature. Peg-tiled roof. N end elevation: half hipped gable end, red brick detailing as W elevation carried up to gable. Central upper segment headed window was a loading door, pintles remain. Softwood roof, V strut system.
