This granary, located 20 metres southeast of Sparrow Hall Farmhouse, dates from the 18th century. It features a timber frame with black weatherboarding, while the east wall is finished with pebble dash plaster. The building has a hipped roof covered with clay peg tiles and is supported by brick walls and piers. It is included in the listing primarily for its group value.
