Description

This is an 18th or early 19th century timber-framed and plastered house with a one-window range extension to the north. The main block has three window bays, featuring double-hung sash windows with glazing bars. A central six-panel door is set within a wooden doorcase, which has fluted pilasters, an ogee-shaped head, and a cornice hood. The roof is covered in slate. This building possesses group value from its contribution to the streetscape.
