Description

A range of early 19th century timber-framed and plastered houses is located on the south-west side of Carmel Street, Great Chesterford. The building extends for six windows, largely featuring horizontal sliding sash windows with glazing bars. One part, known as "The Cottage," has modern casement windows. The roofs are slate-covered, with three chimney stacks clustered in the centre.
