The house immediately west of South Cottage is an early 19th-century building that is timber-framed and plastered. It stands two storeys tall and features a two-window range. The ground floor has double-hung sash windows with glazing bars, which consist of small panes, while the first floor is fitted with horizontal sliding sashes, also with glazing bars. The roof is covered in slate.
