Description

Two early 19th century cottages stand on the south side of High Street in Linton. They are timber-framed and have been plastered, finished with a low-pitched slate roof that is hipped on the left-hand side. A plinth is constructed of flint and plastered brick. The cottages are two storeys high, with two 20th-century doors. A projecting oriel window with horizontally sliding sashes is located to the right, while a fix-light oriel window sits to the left. A single sixteen-paned flush-framed sash window is positioned between the doors. Four similar sash windows are found on the first floor. The cottages feature two gault brick stacks.
