Description

Fiddlers Rest is an early to mid-19th century timber-framed and plastered building located on Church Street in Great Chesterford. It features a gable at the south end, which includes an upper oval panel displaying the initials C.A.H. and a central panel indicating the date 1841. The front of the building is panelled and has an ornamental plaster band. It is fitted with casement windows and has a slate roof, which includes an internal chimney stack with three octagonal shafts.
